Sant'Andrea S.r.l. is a real estate investment company specialising in the Residential and Retail High Street sectors, founded in 2006 by Giancarlo Sandretto and Andrea Long, who still actively lead the company today.
Over nearly twenty years of activity, the experience gained and constant dedication to the sector have led to the development of numerous significant real estate operations and the creation of a solid portfolio leased to leading international luxury brands.
Sant'Andrea S.r.l. now operates in Italy and in the French, Swiss and Spanish markets, through three wholly-owned subsidiaries, under the coordination of the parent holding company.
This experience gained by the Group now guides the development of several residential projects in Forte dei Marmi.
